The final CCF session of the year saw us using the school's fire pit for the first time. Cadets made small fires in Kelly Kettles to heat water and then cooked pizza wraps and smores on the fire pit. pic.twitter.com/Jbq2SoK7XR— Gravesend Grammar (@Gravesend_GS) July 23, 2024

Cadets from our CCF (RN) unit once again represented the school at the annual Fly a Flag event, ahead of Armed Forces Day. We learnt last week that Edward Stead, former GGS Head of English & Theatre Studies had passed away. A hugely popular teacher and member of staff who will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with this family and friends at this sad time.— Gravesend Grammar (@Gravesend_GS) May 20, 2024
