Senior Music Recital - Year 11

On Tuesday 21st January we had the pleasure of hosting our Year 11 GCSE Music Students for their Senior Music Recital. This was a chance for our musicians to show off their developed skills to friends and family, each performing a solo piece.

Our recital evenings are always a highlight of the calendar, providing our young musicians with a more formal performance opportunity with a friendly crowd. It is always a pleasure to see students perform and clearly see their hard work and dedication pay off.

This year, for the first time, we are hosting three recital evenings due to the increased number of students choosing to study music at GCSE and A Level. We hope to see you at either the 6th Form Recital (25th Feb) or the Junior Recital (13th May), which are still to come this year. As always, I thank my Music Department colleagues who make these evenings possible; Mr Annable, Mr Archer and Mrs Dunne.
