On Friday, 14th July, GGS Basketball Academy hosted its annual Academy Alumni game. The class of ‘22, returning from their universities, and the class of ‘23, fresh from their A-Level exams, went to battle against next season’s 2023/24 senior squad. The 23/24 squad bagged the game with a decisive 84-75 win, which saw the all-time series tied at 1-1. Whilst the future looks bright for GGS Basketball Academy and their upcoming campaign, it was a pleasure to see ex-students back at GGS and continuing to perform at the highest levels.
